Delete your Pockitz account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Pockitz account and the data associated with it, for the Pockitz app on Google Play.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to
pockitz.app@gmail.comfrom the email address registered to your Pockitz account (we use this to verify ownership). - Use the subject line:
Delete my account - Include the email address of the account you want deleted.
We confirm every request by replying to your registered email address, and we complete deletion within 30 days. You do not need to install the app to make a request.
What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long

| Records of completed payouts (amount, date, transaction reference) | Kept up to 24 months for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Your name and email are removed from these records at deletion. |

Before you delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have a balance you wish to withdraw, please cash out before requesting deletion — any remaining balance is forfeited when the account is deleted. Deleting your account also removes your referral link, and you will stop earning referral commission.
