Who can use Pockitz

Pockitz is available to anyone aged 18 or older. When you register, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the age requirement. We reserve the right to close accounts that don't meet these conditions.

Your account

Your account is personal to you. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. A few important rules:

• You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain extra rewards is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban.
• Don't share, sell, or give your account to anyone else.
• If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know right away.

How you earn on Pockitz

You earn rewards by completing offers such as surveys, app installs, free trials, and other tasks made available through our platform. Here's what you need to know:

• Rewards are only credited after your completion is verified by our partners.
• We can't guarantee that any specific offer will always be available.
• Rewards earned through fraud, cheating, or abuse will be removed and your account may be closed.
• Your balance has no real-world value until a cashout is approved and sent.

Cashing out

Once your balance reaches $3.00 or more, you can request a cashout. We aim to process all requests within 24–48 hours. A few things to keep in mind:

• We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a payment.
• We reserve the right to hold or refuse payments we believe are connected to fraud or violations of these terms.
• We're not responsible for delays on the side of payment providers.
• Once a payment is sent, it cannot be reversed.

Things you must not do

To keep Pockitz fair for everyone, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to complete offers.
• Using VPNs or proxies to manipulate your location or access offers not available in your region.
• Creating fake accounts or using false information.
• Trying to exploit bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the platform.
• Abusing the referral system, including referring yourself.

Any of the above will result in your account being permanently suspended and your balance forfeited.

Referrals

You can earn a commission when people you refer complete offers on Pockitz. Referral rewards are subject to these conditions:

• The person you refer must be a genuinely new user who hasn't previously registered.
• You cannot refer yourself using a different account or device.
• We reserve the right to change or end the referral program at any time.

Third-party offers

The offers available on Pockitz come from external partners. We act as a bridge between you and those partners, but we are not responsible for the availability, content, or quality of their offers. Disputes about whether an offer was completed should be raised with us within 7 days.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently close your account if we believe you've violated these terms, acted in bad faith, or engaged in any activity that harms Pockitz or its users. If your account is closed for violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Pockitz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
